All information collected on this website is the sole property of Center-Sinai Animal Hospital. Information is collected in a number of ways, including by e-mail and through forms that our visitors fill out on our website or in our office.

When a visitor contacts us through forms on this site, by phone, or by email, CSAH will store contact and business information in our database for company use. This information will be used by CSAH to carry out business with visitors at such time as they become clients of CSAH. It may also be used for financial interaction with a visitor once he or she becomes a client. CSAH also reserves the right to share this information with any paid contractors or subcontractors who may working for CSAH on behalf of the client.

This visitor information may include but is not limited to contact information such as pet(s) name and medical history, likenesses or anecdotes if submitted for posting or other media by the client, clients' contact name, address, phone number, fax number, website address, and email address.

If CSAH were involved in a legal proceeding and believed it necessary to disclose user information to comply with a court order or legal request, we would be compelled to comply.

CSAH protects our users’ sensitive data in a number of ways. Only staff members who have need of this sensitive client information will have access to it. Internal office policies and procedures are in place to remind office staff of the importance of security regarding client information and to ensure that our security procedures are followed.

CSAH will not sell your information to any third parties, and will only share your information with individuals or companies as part of an agreement to share with paid and volunteer contractors and subcontractors who are working on our clients' behalf. From time to time we may publish photos and other media, such as sound or video recordings, or printed anecdotes involving our clients' pets, which have been submitted to us with permission to publish. Publishing may include, but is not limited to, our website, newsletters, magazines, newspapers, TV stations or networks. In the case of the articles appearing in the "Ask Dr. Baum" and "Story Time with Dr. B" columns, these articles will also appear on the site www.InasPawprints.com, where "Dr. Baum's Critter Queries" © and "Critter Chronicles" © columns appear, and may be used in conjunction with other media for that sister site. InasPawprints.com also never sells or releases sensitive information about visitors/clients, except to contractors and volunteers as necessary for working on projects, as above, or on sales of products offered on the site.
